Licensing

Aquidon capabilities are packaged for evaluation, deployment, and licensing. Public materials cover outcomes and boundaries; deeper technical diligence (architecture specifics, benchmarks, and full threat models) is available under NDA where appropriate.

License types

  • Evaluation license — limited term for technical diligence and fit assessment.
  • Commercial internal-use license — right to use the capability package inside your organization.
  • Field-of-use license — rights restricted to an agreed scope (domain, product line, or environment).
  • OEM / redistribution — negotiated rights for embedding or redistribution, when applicable.

Terms vary by capability and risk profile. We prefer explicit boundaries: scope, environments, and exclusions are written down.

What is typically included

  • Documentation set: capability boundaries, constraints, and integration guidance.
  • Reference implementation package (source and/or binary per terms).
  • Verification guidance appropriate to the capability (checks, acceptance criteria, evaluation rubric).
  • Support/update options as a bounded add-on (scope, cadence, and response windows defined up front).

What is explicitly not included

  • Open-ended R&D without a bounded scope and proof burden.
  • Indefinite customization or "anything you need" commitments.
  • Unrestricted redistribution unless negotiated as an OEM/redistribution license.
